The BPA invites applications for its prize for individuals for postgraduate philosophy research supervision.
In no more than 750 words, applications should explain:
- the postgraduate research supervision that has been carried out;
- the positive outcomes of that supervision.
This award recognizes excellence in supervision on postgraduate philosophy research degrees. Evidence of excellence may include (but is not limited to) testimonies from students, initiatives in pastoral care, career development initiatives for students, grants of supervisees, publications of supervisees, placement records of supervisees. Any contribution to equality, diversity and inclusion should be noted. Volume of supervision is not a central criterion.
